Trilobites are an ancient creature that existed up to 450 million years ago. They are the first creatures with a skeleton (Exoskeleton) so they were easily fossilized. Trilobites and Ammonites are very prolific throughout the worlds ancient fossil beds as they existed on mass for up to 200 million years during a period when much of the worlds sedimentary rocks were formed. Modern day equivalents exist of these creature groups making them the greatest of all survivors, outlasting millions if life forms that have existed and become extinct on this planets surface.
